Process and complete incoming job requests through hard copy or email attachments, maintain consistent quality, review required stock levels for large orders prior to processing, maintain confidentiality following department guidelines and procedures, operate machinery (copy and bindery) and equipment and resolve problems and issues as they arise efficiently and expeditiously with the machine vendor or contract provider maintain proficient knowledge of all machine capabilities and functionality and participate in training offered when new equipment is brought into the Center. Duties Description Provide complicated clerical support for the Rapid Copy Department in the processing of print and copy requests for the University at Albany community using complex copy and bindery (finishing) machinery.
